Anyone could conduct surveillance by themselves, but professional surveillance could make a huge difference when trying to gain information on a suspect or situation.

Surveillance can be either on mobile or stationary, on single or multiple subjects and can be either simple or complex. The key of surveillance is to obtain intel without trespassing and without discovery of the surveillance ("cover blown").
